This is the main infra-red camera control directory. It contains the programs to be run on it.

Contents:
	ircam_hw_check.sh		- simple check that all the hardware is connected.
	
	ircam_init.sh			- initialise all systems to a known, sensible state
	
	ircam_batt_mon.sh		- run in the background, constantly check the battery state is good.

	ircam_temperature.sh		- measure temperature inside the dewar
	cy7sd7_volt2temp		- utility for this.

	ircam_plcc84.sh			- dummy dewar chip: useful for aligning optics.

	ircam_serial_illuminate		- illuminate the IRcamera with either a LED board or a torch.

	ircam_inspect_focus.sh		- quick hack: observe the underside of the dewar with a webcam.
